Heartland of America Park

This park, in the heart of downtown Omaha, has something for everyone! Park along the river or at Kiewit Luminarium.

Chalco Hills Recreation Area
8901 S 154th St, Omaha, NE 68138
Chalco Park has so much for the whole family to do! This is ONE of the kids parks at Chalco Hills Recreation Area.
🚀 The theme of this park is SPACE! The main play area is a space ship!
🚘 There is also a car maintenance area for kids to play in.
🗿 A large rock wall for your monkey kids is at this park for their environment.
🛝 There are many slides, swings, monkey bars, climbing walls, and a bridge!
🎶 There are also THREE large built in xylophones!!
🏞️ The main play space is built on soft turf for comfortable playing.
🌟 The play space next to the main play space is built on sand. Perfect for your kids that love to build and get messy!
🚶There is SO much to do at Chalco park beyond this place space. Walking trails, biking, baseball, picnics, MULTIPLE play spaces, and more!!
🚗 To get to this play space you will enter through the MAIN entrance and then turn RIGHT at the first turn available. Soon you will see a park located to your right! It will be on the right side of the road located a cross from a small base ball field.
