Our Favorite Coffee Shops in Omaha

So, you find yourself with more than a few minutes to drive through for your favorite caffeinated drink. Huzzah! You want something a little more than a quick trip to a national chain. You know, something with some atmosphere: a quiet place to work on your laptop, read a book, or visit with a friend. I have some Omaha coffee shops for you.

Coffee Shops in Omaha

Archetype Coffee (Blackstone District, Millwork Commons, Little Bohemia) – Coffee roasted daily and great atmosphere with music!

Blue Line Coffee (50th and Underwood) – This is a neighborhood staple in Dundee.

Dundee Double Shot – As moms we all appreciate drive thru! Bonus they often give a kid treat! We love their seasonal menu.

Green Beans (Millard) – Kids playroom, drive thru, wonderful coffee and food, what else can you ask for?

Hardy Coffee Co. (Old Market, Benson, Highlander, Chalco) – It’s the epitome of the industrial-urban coffee hangout.

Mill Coffee & Tea (Leavenworth) – Location is everything at this coffee shop. Don’t miss the iconic library wall!

Myrtle & Cypress (Gifford Park) – This local roastery is known for its less acidic brews.

Sozo Coffehouse (1314 Jones St) – Known as Omaha’s largest coffeehouse, there is a large space including pool tables, meeting rooms, and plenty of tables. Don’t miss out on their comedy nights and live music events.

Stir Coffee Bar (16950 Wright Plaza Suite 137) – We love this for coffee dates on the patio!

Stories Coffee Co (Davenport, Lifegate, Midtown, Q Street) – This family owned coffee shop is passionate about people, coffee, and community.

Urban Abbey (Jackson St) – This fair trade coffee shop is a non-profit with a bookstore.

Zen (Farnam Hill East, Tiffany Plaza West, One Pacific Place) – Come for the coffee, stay for the toast flights!
