We are proud to partner with Little Sunshine’s Playhouse and Preschool to bring you this events guide. Little Sunshine’s Playhouse and Preschool is an award-winning, all-inclusive preschool program that proudly serves families with children ages 6 weeks through pre-kindergarten. Ghouls & Glow at the Omaha Zoo

October 11 | Trunk or Treat, Antler Point Chiropractic
6 pm to 7:30 pm

October 12 | Halloween BooBash, Village Pointe Shopping Center
1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Don’t miss trick or treating, special characters, face painting, balloon twisters, gift card giveaways, a flash mob, and a free concert by High Heel Band.

October 12, 19, 26 | Candyland Trick or Treat, Omaha Children’s Museum
9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Wear your costumes and collect candy at stations throughout the museum.

October 17-27 | Ghouls & Glow, The Omaha Zoo
Come out for a zero fright and all delight event is an illuminated spectacle for all ages.

October 17 | Howl-O-Ween, Dog Park at South Wind Park, La Vista
4:30 pm to 6:30 pm
Dress your dog in a Halloween costume and register onsite at the event to take part in a costume competition.

October 18, 19, 25, 26 | Trunk or Treat in the Trees, Lee G. Simmons Conservation Park and Wildlife Safari 16406 N 292nd St Ashland, NE
Celebrate Halloween with dinner and a hayrack ride around Pelican Wetlands and Crane Meadows. Play tree-themed games, roast marshmallows, and experience the great outdoors.

October 19 | Cass Street Trick R Treat
9 am to 12 pm
Play games, win candy, and groove to spooktacularly good music by our family-friendly zombie orchestra! Costumes encouraged!

October 20 | Disability-Inclusive Trick-or-Treat
1 pm to 3 pm
A sensory-friendly and accessible trick-or-treating event at Munroe-Meyer Institute.

October 24 | Halloween Fall Dance, Mockingbird Hills Community Center
6 pm to 8 pm

October 25 | Baseballoween, Werner Park 12356 Ballpark Way Papillion, NE
5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
This free event includes trick-or-treating, activity stations, and a family-friendly movie on the videoboard.

October 26, 27 | Trick or Treat at Vala’s
Dress up in family-friendly costumes and haunt the farm collecting candy along the way. There’s even a Candy Canon that shoots candy into the air!

October 25 | Barnyard Boo, Nelson Produce Farm
Show off your best costume and compete in family and individual costume contests.

October 26, 27 | Hallo-Weekend, The Durham Museum
10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Kids 12 and under get in free; costumes are encouraged! Enjoy goodie bags (while supplies last), the Haunted Train, Cobweb Caboose and Halloween games on The Platform.

October 26 | Bewitched Boardwalk, Fontenelle Forest
6 pm to 8 pm
Trick–or–treat, make spine–tingling smores, and play ghoulish games.

October 27 | Ghoulish Garden Adventure, Lauritzen Gardens
12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Explore a variety of activity stations throughout the garden. Learn about the mysteries of nature, get up close and personal with the amazing creatures that make the fall so festive, and make your very own crafts to take home.

October 27 | Doggy Days of Fall Costume Contest, Ditmars Orchard in Council Bluffs, IA
12 pm to 4 pm
Pets must be on a leash at this is a special event and the only time pets are allowed. Net proceeds from the parade go to The Nebraska Humane society.

October 29 | Great Hall-oween, The Durham Museum
5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Wear costumes and get sweets from historical characters and spooktacular displays located throughout the museum. 

October 30 | Spooky Tales for Tots, The Durham Museum
10:30 a.m.
Celebrate Halloween with a reading of a Halloween story followed by a purrfectly themed-craft.

October 30 | Trunk or Treat, The Learning Experience – Omaha West
6 pm to 7 pm
Put on your favorite costume and bring the whole family for a fun-filled day of candy, activities, decorated trunks and more.

October 31 | La Vista Halloween Safe Night, La Vista Community Center
4 pm to 6 pm
This is a free event with trick-or-treating, hayrack rides, and more.

Oct 31 | Halloween Spooktacular, Florence Community Center
10:30 am to 12 pm
