Christmas at Union Station
When: November 24 – January 7, 2024
Where: 801 S 10th Street Omaha, NE
This long-standing tradition features Omaha’s official Christmas tree, holiday concerts, and Santa himself.
Santa’s Hours:
Tuesday-Saturday 10 am – 12 pm and 1 pm – 3 pm; 5 pm – 7 pm (for Family Nights with Santa)
Sunday 12 pm – 3 pm
*Cultural Festival on Friday, Dec 1 from 4 pm – 9 pm
Family Night with Santa | Tuesdays 5 pm -8 pm
Enjoy a family night visit with Santa. Share your wishlist, create a holiday craft, enjoy live performances, participate in the elf scavenger hunt, and experience the indoor winter wonderland “snowfall”.

December 12, 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. (No reindeer)

See the reindeer, walk through the La Vista Wonderland in Central Park, and then enter Santa’s magical workshop—where you can enjoy cookies from Mrs. Claus while you wait to see Santa!
Mail a Letter to Santa (and Receive One Back)
Santa’s Workshop Outdoor Mailbox *no in-person Santa
Where: 8305 Park View Blvd. and La Vista Public Library 9110 Giles Rd.
When: November 26 – December 14
Drop your letters off in the special mailboxes at Santa’s Workshop or the Library. Be sure to include your name and return address so Santa knows where to send his reply. Drop off your letter by December 14 to receive a reply by Christmas!
Special Events with Santa
Shadow Lake Towne Center Holiday Parade
Where: 7775 Olson Drive, Suite 205 Papillion, NE
When: November 22, 6 p.m.
Join Shadow Lake Towne Center for our annual Tree Lighting and Holiday Parade in the center of the mall. We will kick off the holiday season with the lighting of a 35 foot LED lit tree with over 30,000 lights, and Santa and his friends will be here.
Visit Santa at Rockwood Village
Where: 2800 S 110th Ct. Omaha, NE
When: November 25 from 12 pm to 3 pm
Visit Santa and share their holiday wishes, then enjoy a horse and carriage ride around the village. Kids – stop by Mary’s Mountain Cookies and Great Harvest Bread Co. for a free cookie and hot cocoa. And don’t miss out on the amazing Christmas lights around the village come dusk.
Ralston’s Holiday Magic
Where: 5500 S 77th St Ralston
When: November 26, 1 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Visit Santa and enjoy FREE carriage rides, children’s activities, hot chocolate, and cookies.
Scheel’s Santa Palooza
Where: Village Pointe Shopping Center
When: December 2, 10 am to 2 pm
Join Santa and Mrs. Claus for fun holiday activities.
Santa at the Orchard

Santa Goes to Space
When: December 9
Classic Christmas
Decorate sugar cookies, make a holiday ornament, and create a greeting card for a senior living facility. Enjoy a free trolley ride for a memorable and unique tour of the park (rides will be operating, weather permitting) and free portraits with Santa.
Storytime, Music & Craft with Santa Claus
Where: 8305 Park View Blvd. La Vista, NE
When: December 6, 10 a.m.
Santa is coming to the library to read a story, sing songs, and make a craft.
Dress in your best and bring your cameras for picture taking. Ages 0-7.
Sensory Santa
Where: We Rock the Spectrum Omaha 10717 Virginia Plaza Suite 113 La Vista, NE
When: December 17, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
