Here, non-pharmacologic methods of pain relief include massage, aromatherapy, position changes, acupressure, hydrotherapy, water birth and more.
If you prefer a more traditional birth experience in a full-service hospital, you’ll feel right at home at one of four Maternity Centers conveniently located in the Omaha metro. Each has wireless monitoring for moving around during labor and pain management options of laboring in a deep soaking tub, nitrous oxide and epidurals.
All of our locations offer spacious, extra-comfortable birthing suites, private baths, in-room Wifi and other amenities, plus an expert team who has thought of everything – for the birth experience you’ve been dreaming of.
